WIRE HC

 

WIRE HC is a wire cutting machine that cuts hanks of wire, fed from spools, into desired length bundles. The machine feeds multistrand wire spools or abrasive synthetic filaments on spools, feeding the wires/fibers to the desired length and then a heavy-duty cutting blade, cuts the bundle length.

An easy to use touchscreen panel allows the operator to set the cut length of the bundles in millimeters from 50mm to 1000mm, as well as the programming bundle cut quantity. The WIRE HC machine is small, compact, and mounted on heavy-duty wheels so it can be wheeled into position where needed. The machine comes standard with 3-phase electricity but is also available in single-phase electricity.
