WAVE MSA is an automatic machine for the production of MINI sector brushes with crimped wire. Thanks to the high automation, the operator needs only to load the components. The machine automatically unloads the finished products. The work-cycle is fully automatic, making it ideal for large production runs. The machine can autonomously assemble singe or multiple brush sectors (up to 4), with or without a pin.
With the new WAVE MSA it is possible to integrate laser marking and the latest CNC pressing system to ensure high dimensional accuracy.
