WAVE M EASY START

 

WAVE M EASY START is a simple and easy to use machine. Thanks to its flexibility, it is ideal for starting production of crimped wire sectors and for frequent model changes. This machine is compatible for all types of crimped wire sectors. The operator manually loads all the components of the sector (ring and eyelet), and finally fills the divided compartments with the bundles of pre-cut wire (or other types of fibers). After filling, the machine automatically presses and trims the sector according to the parameters defined by the operator. The machine is equipped with the latest generation of safety systems.
