The automation is designed to assemble swivel caps made of two parts. The body and the swivel top are fed automatically then transferred into the assembler stations by belts.
After the assembling the machine checks the correct assembly and downloads the good parts and the rejects in two different chutes.
The machine can be equipped with tooling kits to assemble different part types.
