STAR R32 24

3-STATION CARROUSEL TUFTING MACHINE WITH 3 STATIONS AND 3 CARRIAGES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PUSH-BROOMS UP TO 610MM (24″) LENGTH

STAR R32 24 has been especially designed for the production of push brooms up to 610 mm long (24’’). STAR R32 24 can produce a wide range of models with different filling angles, such as radial, parallel and combination radial/parallel tufted brushes.

The working cycle occurs simultaneously on 3 stations: drilling, filling and loading/off-loading. The machine operator works in absolute safety, due to separation of loading/off-loading station and the drilling/filling stations. The machine produces two brushes per cycle that are moved from one station to another by a turret system. The block loading is manually operated.

STAR R32 24 is available in a fully automatic version that includes: automatic blocks loading, a trimming station, a flagging station and a beating station.
