SMART V2 is the optimum balance amongst productivity, flexibility and price: optimization and equilibrium are the distinctive features of this machine. The machine features 6 clamping stations and works in semi-continuous cycle: the operator manually loads 2 virgin blocks on the 2 free clamping stations, while the other 4 blocks are being drilled and filled at the drilling and filling stations. When the cycle is over, the machine indexes bringing the 2 virgin blocks to the drilling station and the drilled blocks to the filling station, while the operator takes 2 filled brushes off of the machine.
