3-STATION CAROUSEL TUFTING MACHINE WITH 2 FILLING TOOLS AND 2 DRILLS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BROOMS AND BRUSHES
SMART R32 is designed for high volume production of brooms and brushes, thanks to the workstations. The first station allows the operator to load the virgin blocks while the machine is drilling and filling them in the other two positions. Every time the drilling/filling operation is completed, the machine indexes bringing the brush blocks automatically to the next station. When the work cycle is completed, the carousel moves back to the original filled position where brush is delivered on the outlet belt and the operator can feed new virgin blocks on empty clamps.
