TRIMMING MACHINE FOR FLAT BRUSHES

SHARP V is a small and compact solution for flat brushes. The machine has 2 clamping stations that simultaneously carry 2 brushes with lengths up to 350 mm. Loading and unloading are performed manually. The tools consist of 4 rotary-blades trimmers (2 for each clamp). Each brush passes through each tool twice, ensuring uniform trimming and high degree of finishing over the entire surface of the brush. Optional: 2 additional cleaners (1 per clamp) are also available and are useful when working with natural fibers such as coco fiber. The SHARP V is complete with a dust suction unit to remove dust and waste material, keeping the machine clean.
