TRIMMING MACHINE, MODEL RS2/SCL-24”, USED, COMPLETELY RENOVATED BY BORGHI POLSKA
Trimming machine, model RS2/SCL-24”, is designed to trim and clean two brooms or brushes simultaneously. The machine can work with brushes of the length up to 600mm. It is a horizontal trimming machine, ready to work with flat brushes, performing even trimming. It comes with two double trimming heads with rotary knifes and two cleaning brushes. In the work cycle brush is trimmed when moving forward and backward, what gives a warranty of a perfect surface and quality of every brush. For an additional fee, the RS2/SCL machine can be equipped with two stations with splitting heads mounted in the place of the cleaning heads. Engine power inverter allows for production speed regulation in the way, that the trimmer cooperates with a brush primer. Efficient exhaust system removes the dust and material cuttings developed in the production process and keeps the machine clean.
