KNOT M EASY START

KNOT M – EASY START is a NEW simple machine that is easy to use. Thanks to its flexibility, it is ideal for start-up production needs of twisted knot segment and/or frequent model changes. This machine is capable to run almost all sizes of twisted knot segment typically found in the market.

The operator manually loads the pre-drilled disc into the knotting station. The machine will insert the wire from the multi-wire reel(s) following the settings defined on the control panel by the operator. The software can hold up to 500 different programs in the memory. Once the knotted segment is finished, the operator can choose to manually unload the segment, or the machine can be set to automatically eject the segment from the workstation falling into a container positioned below.
