INFINITY & INFINITY PLUS

TUFTING MACHINE WITH 1 FILLING TOOL, 1 DRILL AND TRIMMING UNIT FOR THE CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF TUFTED STRIP BRUSHES WITH VERTICAL TUFTS

INFINITY is very easy to setup and operate. The machine is able to produce (in a continuous way) brushes filled with vertical tufts, up to a maximum of 15 rows wide and infinite length. The machine can run brush blocks that are cut to length or fed from a spool of material. INFINITY detects the incoming brush block and starts drilling and tufting the brush.
INFINITY can be equipped with 2 or up to 4 trimming tools for different finishing levels.
INFINITY PLUS version with 5 axes of movement allows the production of strips with inclined tufts in line with the brush block and with a compound angle if desired. Accordingly, the trimming and finishing stations follow the compound angle.
