BM20 – mop-making machine (available)

 

SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINE, MODEL BM20, FOR COTTON AND SYNTHETIC “MOP” ASSEMBLY, USED, COMPLETELY RENOVATED BY BORGHI POLSKA, equipped with:

– Group for cotton yarns feeder from the spools store on the support (for 60 spools); on standard version the cotton yarns can have minimum length of 320mm. and maximum length and size of 1000mm. with a total weight of 0,200 to 0.600 Kg.; the quantity depends from the shape of the cup.

– Upper plastic cup specially threaded for the assembly of the handle; the cup is manually positioned by the operator on the machine.

– Lower hook is also manually positioned by operator on the machine.

– Press for the assembly of the 2 parts (cup and hook) to lock the yarns inside of them.

– Automatic blade to cut the yarns with possibility to adjust the cut length.

– Automatic unloading of the mop; the production capacity can be up to 800 pieces/h, depends of the level and operator capacity.

– The pneumatic plant requires air compressed with a pressure of 7 Kg/cmq; filtered and dry air is required.

– Motors and electric parts connected to 400 Volt ; 50 Hz

– Absorbed electrical power 2,75 Kw.

– Standard dotation accessories and of spare parts.

– Machine has a 4-month warranty of BORGHI POLSKA.
