This rope layer represents an important novelty among SIMA rope layers as this machine is suitable to produce small diameters, from 2 to 6 mm, with the max economical convenience.
SIMA rope Layer Mod 200/4 is made up of a feeding section, running with 3 or 4 strands and of a take-up section, which is SIMA well known twister winder Mod.GS2000E.
The system conceived in this way leaves complete freedom to the customer concerning its use, because they can decide either to use the machine complete as a rope layer or use only the take-up section as a twister.

Rope Layer Mod 200/4 runs on the principle of the 2 twists in the feeding section (B) and 2 twists in the take-up section (A): mechanically speaking the cynematism introduced in the machine have been considerably simplified, lowering the noise leve

The main features of the machine are:

Set up of 200/4 though the control panel of GS2000E

Electronic change of pre-twist ratio

Device to detect the strand breakage

Immediate change of rotation direction S or Z

Special take-up version for bobbins or coils

Take-up on spool from min. 6”x6” to max. 12”x12”.
